You are invited to celebrate the launch of the Banjo’s Run wine label at ‘Avido’ restaurant in Paddington.

We are proud to present our award winning wine to you together with a 4-course menu, specially created by ‘Avido’ restaurant to highlight and compliment our 6 varieties of wine you will be enjoying on the night.

The proprietor Bill Hall will be presenting the wines throughout the night, giving us insights into this boutique label and it‘s very successful varieties, some of which have won silver medals and highly regarded comments from judges throughout the region.

Followed by Pinot Gris 2011

Banjo’s Run Chardonnay 2010 & 2011
Lightly steamed albacore tuna with honeydew melon finger lime pearls and lime infused olive oil.

THIRD COURSE
Banjo’s Run Pinot Noir 2010
“Roast lamb rump on pea, mint & fennel risotto with pecorino.

DESSERT
Wine: Banjo’s Run Cabernet Merlot 2009
Gorganzola picante and spicy pear relish on dense black current cake drizzled with honey.
