Our Chardonnay is a classic cool climate style with nuances of white peach, melon & fig. The wine is wild yeast fermented in old French oak barriques and held on lees in barrel. 2011was a cooler wetter year, producing smooth fruity dry flavoured and complex Chardonnay. Pair this wine with grilled fish, roast chicken or caramelized pumpkin ravioli. Very low oak content.
